In order to estimate the payable stamp duty (land tax) you need to specify some options that will impact the calculation (highlighted in green on the image).

• Usage Type (defaults to Residential in the app)
• The country in which the property is located
• The date that the purchase will complete on

Clicking on the buttons will display a scroll wheel that you can use to select your choice, as shown below.

Once you have entered the details for the property purchase, the stamp duty (land tax) estimate will be displayed, along with a breakdown of the calculation.

If you wish to email the results of the stamp duty estimate, you can tap on the email symbol in the top right hand corner of the screen. If email is configured on your device, you will be able to email the results.
